We are seeking a Mid or Senior PHP Fullstack Developer, with a primary focus on backend development, to enhance and refactor a core web application. This role involves significant technical improvements and complex integrations with corporate systems like Sapiens and SAP.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic environment managing multiple applications, including modernization efforts and integration with SAP systems:
- Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications using PHP/Laravel.
- Design, create, and consume REST APIs.
- Lead the refactoring of legacy applications into modern environments.
- Implement new features and technical enhancements.
- Manage complex integrations with corporate systems (Sapiens / SAP).
- Ensure high code quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Conduct testing collaboratively with the Business Analyst.
- Participate actively in version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this opportunity, candidates must possess:
- PHP 8+
- Laravel (current versions)
- Expertise in developing REST APIs
- Authentication protocols (JWT / Laravel Sanctum)
- Database proficiency: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Automated testing using PHPUnit
- Frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of Livewire
- Understanding of DevOps principles and Best Practices
- Git / GitHub version control
- Basic CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions)
- Basic Docker knowledge
- Commitment to Clean Code and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with Microservices concepts
- Basic knowledge of NGINX or Apache web servers
Desirable Knowledge
- Experience with SOAP protocols.
- Experience managing legacy systems and complex integrations.
- Prior experience in industrial environments or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- A profile demonstrating strong focus on delivery and technical autonomy.
