Job Offer Description
GECAL INFORMATICA Srl Group and ALTAIR SYSTEMS, an established IT consulting company operating nationally and internationally since 1985, is expanding its team and seeking a Middleware Devops Engineer.
Key Activities:
- Optimize performance and tune J2EE applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Implement and administer Web Portals utilizing Apache/PHP Technology.
- Implement and administer internal provider services, including smtp Server (postfix), DNS Server (bind), Proxy Server (squid), and sftp Server (ssh).
- Monitor infrastructure using Prometheus/Grafana.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Container Platform IAAS/PAAS and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience in analysis and implementation of architectures on AWS Public Cloud.
- Proficiency in analyzing and implementing Log Monitoring and Analysis architectures using the ELK Stack.
- Expertise in analyzing and implementing distributed event streaming architectures using the KAFKA stack.
- Implementation of automation layers using the ANSIBLE stack.
- Experience utilizing Jenkins for Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent knowledge and analysis capabilities across the following J2EE layers:
J2EE Layer Expertise:
- Presentation Layer: Servlet, Jsp, Jstl, JavaBeans, Spring, Struts, JSF, Ajax, Jquery, Javascript.
- Logic Layer: session bean, entity bean, message driven bean, Hibernate.
- Eis Level: Jdbc, Jndi, Jms.
Optional Knowledge:
- Administration of Oracle middleware layers: Weblogic Server, ServiceBus, Oracle SOA/BPM, Oracle IDM suite, Oracle OAM suite, Oracle Http Server, Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Implementation of J2EE High Availability architectures with Jboss EAP, Jboss EWS Apache Tomcat.
