We are seeking a Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the agency's web projects. This role offers significant technical autonomy to propose innovative solutions, moving beyond mere ticket execution. You will collaborate closely with the web project manager, who bridges communication with clients and customer service, and with our art, copy, and media teams.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing custom WordPress websites with bespoke themes, avoiding generic templates.
- Creating and maintaining proprietary plugins tailored to specific client requirements.
- Building high-performance landing pages optimized for paid media campaigns.
- Implementing robust integrations via API and webhooks (CRMs, ERPs, gateways, automations).
- Evolving the agency's internal products, including our proprietary CRM, dashboards, and automations.
- Managing project performance and technical SEO, focusing on Core Web Vitals, LCP, and indexing.
- Documenting your development work to ensure team independence and knowledge transfer.
- Participating in the technical scoping and sizing of new projects alongside the commercial team.
Differentiators
- App development experience (React Native, Flutter, or native).
- Proficiency with Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with automations using n8n.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce project development.
- Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers, edge computing, and serverless environments for tracking and performance.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager, dataLayer, tracking, and server-side tracking.
- Previous experience working in a digital agency environment with multi-project routines.
- Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into functional code.

Requirements
- Expert WordPress Development: Strong command of PHP, hooks and filters, custom post types, ACF, and developing themes and plugins from scratch.
- Modern Frontend Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, and React (or a comparable framework).
- Version Control: Experience with Git and organized repository management.
- API Proficiency: Ability to consume and build REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.
- AI-Assisted Development Fluency: Practical experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, understanding their strengths, limitations, and how to review AI-generated code effectively.
