Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, well-documented RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL).
- Write automated tests (unit, integration, and e2e) to ensure code reliability.
- Model databases and optimize queries for high performance.
- Implement complex business rules and integrate with external systems.
- Monitor applications and address bug fixes and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate on defining architecture (Microservices or Modular Monolith).
Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills):
- Solid experience with NodeJS and Bun.
- Experience with Express.js, Fastify.js, and Nest.js.
- Mastery of Relational Databases (Ex: PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (Ex: MongoDB).
- Practical experience with automated tests.
- Knowledge of architectural principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD).
- Experience with Docker and code versioning (Git).
- Experience with messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and Caching (Redis).
Differentiators:
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
