FCamara is looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer. This opportunity is in partnership with one of the largest national references in higher education in the health area, with a strong presence in Medicine and Dentistry courses. We are looking for a profile to work on the creation of prototypes, automations, integrations, and MVPs with artificial intelligence. The person will work in partnership with product and business areas to transform efficiency opportunities into practical solutions, using generative AI, APIs, automations, web development, and integrations with internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop prototypes and MVPs with generative AI, automations, and integrations.
- Create automated workflows using n8n and integrations via APIs.
- Work with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, OpenAI, and similar.
- Develop or evolve solutions using two or more languages (Node.js, React, PHP, and Python).
- Integrate internal systems, databases, web applications, and AI tools.
- Support technical design of agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, effort, risks, and architecture of solutions.
- Support best practices for security, logs, authentication, and secure data usage.
- Document solutions and support the evolution of MVPs to production.
- Act consultatively in mapping As-is processes and proposing To-Be.
Requirements and Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with AI-accelerated development: Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, or vibe coding tools.
- Experience in creating AI Agents.
- Ability to understand the business, validate As-is processes, and propose value-generating To-Be solutions.
- Practical experience with n8n for creating automations and integrations.
- Experience creating rapid prototypes and evolving them into functional MVPs.
- Solid knowledge of Node.js, React, and integration with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Python for automations, scripts, or AI integrations.
- Familiarity with PHP applications.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless.
- Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and use of AI APIs.
- Good communication to work with product, business, and technology teams.

Additional Information
Remote position, but with availability for occasional trips to the office in Campinas - SP.
