Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PHP / Laravel & React Software Developer to join our team. You will be a key contributor within an Agile Scrum team, focusing on cloud-based functional development, certification initiatives, and tool creation. Your work will be vital in scaling mission-critical public safety software, streamlining deployments, and reducing go-to-market costs.

Responsibilities
- Assist the development team across all phases of software design and coding.
- Learn and actively contribute to the existing codebase.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, high-quality code.
- Execute production support bug fixes to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Monitor the technical performance of internal systems.
- Collaborate and contribute actively to company development meetings.
- Respond promptly to requests from the development team.
Basic Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Working experience with PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Javascript (React, jQuery), and strong object-oriented design skills.
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience utilizing various software development and verification methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
- Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented work ethic.
