Responsibilities and Duties

• Will be responsible for creating, proposing, developing, and delivering technical solutions for systems and integrations, in accordance with the planning carried out by the PO/Tech Lead.
• Act in all stages of development of projects requested by the demanding areas to the IT area and be able to produce and deliver scalable technical solutions, from Front to Back-end.
• The professional will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and support to validate the delivered solution.
• Participate in software development projects, propose, develop, and deliver technical solutions that are secure and scalable.
• Have work experience as a Full-Stack developer.
• Familiarity with development best practices (architecture, code review, automated testing, and version control).
• Collaborate with other team members to solve existing challenges.
• Program, code, and test the languages of the developed systems.
• Identify and fix bugs.
• Maintain existing systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must feel comfortable with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
• Be flexible and have the ability to dialogue with different professional profiles.
• Be familiar with Agile methodologies.
• In addition to technical knowledge, it is important to have personal skills to be able to work under pressure and understand that the role requires constant updating.
• Have a critical sense to look at your code and understand when it can be improved and optimized next time.
• Have initiative and be self-taught;
• Enjoy being challenged every day and solving performance and architecture issues;
• Have a solid technical background and soft skills focused on good relationships with people of diverse profiles;
• Completed higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related courses;
• Excellent oral and written communication, ability to work in a team;
• Have worked on large (or complex) projects;
• Be flexible enough and adaptable to changes and varied work configurations;
• Fulfill all commitments by delivering agreed deliverables on time within their respective planning;
• Have the right mindset to simplify complex implementations;
• Experience in System integrations, business analysis, and data architecture;
• Proven experience as a full stack developer or similar role (at least 4 years).
