Responsibilities and Assignments

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Java with Grails
  • Work with data persistence using GORM/Hibernate and PostgreSQL database
  • Create and maintain scalable and secure REST APIs
  • Analyze and fix bugs, ensuring code quality
  • Participate in technical definitions and systems architecture
  • Integrate internal systems and third-party services
  • Work with containerized applications using Docker
  • Contribute to continuous performance and scalability improvements
  • Support the development of sub-applications in GoLang and PHP when necessary
  • Collaborate with product, support, and other technical teams

Skills and Prerequisites

Required

  • Solid experience with Java
  • Experience with Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of Hibernate / GORM
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database
  • Knowledge of REST API development
  • Experience with Docker (application containerization)
  • Familiarity with code versioning (Git)
  • Knowledge of development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, Design Patterns)

Desirable

  • Experience with the Grails framework
  • Knowledge of GoLang and/or PHP
  • Experience with frontend using Bootstrap
  • Knowledge of messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience in high availability and scalability environments

Work Model:
