As a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer, you will implement architectural solutions, services, systems, and applications, providing essential support to internal teams, clients, and suppliers. You will collaborate directly within agile squads alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners (POs), Functional Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Designers to deliver high-quality, secure solutions for both internal and external customers. You will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team driving the digital transformation of Telefônica Vivo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable frontend and backend applications.
- Actively participate in agile squads, delivering technical contributions and collaborating closely with POs, Scrum Masters, and Designers.
- Implement system integrations and automate processes using modern development tools.
- Generate technical artifacts, including IT architecture views on various subjects.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.
- Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot (or similar) to enhance development speed and quality.
- Support the maintenance of existing systems and the evolution of new features.
- Collaborate with business areas and fellow developers to understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Practical experience in frontend development using React (hooks, context/state), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in backend development using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter or similar) and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, security protocols (OAuth2/JWT), and good Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) practices.
- Familiarity with data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), schema versioning, and event/queue systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and Continuous Integration (CI) tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with Terraform being a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed services.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), management tools (Jira/Confluence), and practices like pair programming.
- Knowledge of automated testing (Jest/RTL), accessibility, performance optimization, and bundlers (Vite/Webpack).
- Interest in continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology.
- Knowledge of B2B/B2C integration.
- Familiarity with Identity Provider Ping.
- Practical experience with Python and JavaScript for backend and/or frontend development.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF is a plus).
