Our expanding catalogue of brands is supported by an innovative suite of tools designed to automate bespoke programs, helping our clients achieve their commercial goals. As a small, fast-paced reward tech company, we are on a trajectory for rapid growth in 2025, serving both UK and international clients. In the next 12 months, we plan to launch programs in Europe and the USA.

The Role

We are looking for a full-stack developer to be instrumental in the software development of the Propello platform. You will create new features to foster loyalty, drive revenue, and excite users, while ensuring high levels of platform stability and security. You will join a rapidly growing team and collaborate closely with our product team to achieve our ambitious objectives.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a strong Laravel Developer to enhance our gamification features, including Points, Tiers, and Condition-based rewards. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative projects like 'Spin to Win' and 'Scratch and Stamp' cards, designed to boost user engagement through fun, interactive reward systems. Requirements

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain the existing platform.
• Uphold a high standard of code quality and functionality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Laravel Framework: Strong experience in the Laravel PHP Framework, including a deep understanding of its core features like Eloquent ORM, routing, middleware, and authentication. Ability to create clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
• Vue.js Framework: Hands-on experience with Vue.js, particularly in building interactive user interfaces and managing state with Vuex. A solid grasp of Vue.js component-based architecture and experience with extended Vue libraries such as vuejs/core.
• Experience with Laravel Livewire: Familiarity with Laravel Livewire for building dynamic, modern web applications without heavy JavaScript, and the ability to integrate Livewire components effectively with Laravel back-end logic.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for regular interaction with internal and external parties.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug existing code effectively.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in writing automated tests (both unit and functional; Test-Driven Development is a plus).
• Docker experience.
• SaaS (Or equivalent CSS Framework).
• Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
