Work Model: Hybrid in Curitiba/São Paulo or remote in other regions of Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain microservices and APIs focused on the logistics chain, prioritizing performance, security, and scalability.
  • Design and apply distributed architecture, utilizing best practices such as Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD, and efficient use of messaging and containers.
  • Ensure high availability and resilience of critical systems through solid monitoring and observability practices.
  • Collaborate with the product, data, and other squads, deeply understanding business challenges before proposing technical solutions.
  • Mentor team members, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Organize deliverables with a strong sense of priority and impact, always focusing on the customer experience.
  • Actively participate in technical decisions within the logistics ecosystem, demonstrating autonomy and ownership.

Required Skills & Experience:

To build the environment of dreams, you must have:

  • Mastery of backend development using PHP, Go Lang, Node, and/or Python.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
  • Practical experience with containers (Docker, Docker Compose) and version control using Git and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch).
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles: Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD, BDD, and Design Patterns.
