We are seeking a talented Analyst/Developer to join our Technology Directorate, a team of over 250 professionals focused on delivering value through cutting-edge technology and data engineering solutions. This role is crucial for providing self-service functionalities on our website, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Mission and Responsibilities:
Your mission is to define technically flexible and scalable solutions, and to suggest, develop, and maintain software solutions that deliver the best customer experience. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from conception to maintenance, ensuring high-quality delivery and process improvement. You will also identify and resolve issues impacting the team.
Key Activities:
- Develop and maintain systems under the team's responsibility.
- Execute prioritized team demands.
- Understand and resolve technical problems.
- Proactively monitor technical indicators.
- Collaborate with the team to create optimal solutions.
- Participate in team meetings/ceremonies.
- Collaborate with leadership.
- Share daily challenges and questions with the team.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
- PHP, Node, Go, and Python.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Git, Git flow, and Docker.
- Performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of relational SQL databases.

Education: Completed higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
