Zipdev is seeking a Mid C# Fullstack Developer to join our client's team. Our client provides a platform that empowers automotive dealers across the US and Canada to maximize sales potential. This is achieved through a proprietary multi-channel advertising and analytics software platform, complemented by a team of digital strategy experts. Leveraging an extensive data library, DMS connectivity, and advanced digital advertising and attribution solutions, our SaaS platform helps automotive dealerships acquire more customers, optimize digital advertising ROI, and boost profitability, while also delivering critical insights into dealership operations.
As a Backend Engineer, you will develop efficient .NET Core backends in C# and integrate multiple APIs from our microservices library. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build internal and external applications that automate digital advertising and enable customers and employees to effectively manage their digital portfolios. This opportunity has a potential start date in January 2026.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain efficient, high-quality .NET Core backends written in C#, deployed on Kubernetes with robust DevOps automation.
- Focus on writing excellent code, minimizing time spent on managing build pipelines and DNS records.
- Integrate with numerous internal APIs from our expanding microservices library to create innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of highly skilled and experienced engineering peers for mutual learning and growth.
- Participate in daily virtual Agile stand-ups and regularly interact with Product Management, Setup & Support, and other internal teams.
- Contribute to guild meetings, influencing the technical direction of our infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience with C# and unit testing.
- Strong sense of ownership and a passion for software reliability.
- Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and batch processes.
- Proficiency with various data storage technologies, including relational databases, document databases, and other NoSQL databases, with the ability to select the appropriate technology for each task.
- Experience working with event-driven and queue-based architectures.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, crucial for refactoring and scaling our codebase.
- Currently residing in Latin America.
- Excellent English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with maintaining and supporting PHP with Laravel applications.
- Experience with Vue.js in frontend development.
