Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting and support to specialist departments for business process analysis, optimization, and automation.
- Capture, evaluate, and implement technical requirements within workflow systems like JobRouter, UiPath Robotics, and AI technologies.
- Design, implement, and continuously develop workflows in JobRouter and software robots with UiPath.
- Develop and integrate interfaces between diverse systems and applications.
- Manage and oversee external service providers.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company-wide digital strategy.
- Identify, assess, and implement innovative solutions and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate closely with specialist departments, IT, and external partners.
- Document solutions and provide support for testing, rollouts, and user training.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in low-code development, workflow development, interface development, and business process analysis and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in JobRouter, UiPath, and other workflow/RPA technologies.
- Programming skills in PHP and Java, coupled with experience in interface development and data processing.
- Passion for digitalization, process automation, and cutting-edge AI technologies.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on quality and service.
- Demonstrated self-initiative, commitment, strong teamwork, and communication skills, with an enjoyment for cross-departmental collaboration and digital transformation.
