YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- An expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
- The ability to work in a LAMP development environment.
- Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento Commerce) is preferred.
- Experience with data migration, Magento plugin/module development, theme development, and headless or decoupled Magento implementations is preferred.
- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA), headless Magento architectures, or modern frontend frameworks (Magento PWA Studio, Vue Storefront, etc.) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, microservices-based architectures, and API-first integrations is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven e-commerce features, personalised recommendations, and Core Web Vitals performance optimisation is desirable.
- Understanding of omnichannel commerce (online, marketplaces, POS integration) and scalable cloud deployment best practices is a plus.
- Basic server management knowledge (e.g., configuring hosting environments, performance tuning, or deployment processes) is a plus.
- Expertise in other platforms such as WordPress (preferred).
- A Magento Certification (preferred).
- A portfolio with live links to sites that you have developed previously (preferred).
- The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Great attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
- The ability to articulate yourself professionally.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- The ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Working daily in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, and with the Zend Framework.
- Building Magento Community websites and other platforms.
- Converting PSDs into pixel-perfect custom PHP sites.
- Converting Figma or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Magento sites.
- Resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Writing cleanly structured and well-documented code.
- Integrating data with Sage, QuickBooks, WordPress, Salesforce, and APIs in general and ERP/stock management systems.
- Working with LAMP development environment and version control GIT/SVN.

Compensation Disclosure: For California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. Outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the above ranges.
