Skills & Experience Required
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento Commerce).
- Ability to convert Figma or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Magento sites.
- Preferred: Experience with data migration, Magento plugin/module development, theme development, and headless or decoupled Magento implementations.
- A plus: Basic server management knowledge, including configuring hosting environments, performance tuning, or deployment processes.
- An advantage: Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA), headless Magento architectures, or modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Magento PWA Studio, Vue Storefront).
- Preferred: Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, microservices-based architectures, and API-first integrations.
- Desirable: Knowledge of AI/ML-driven e-commerce features, personalized recommendations, and Core Web Vitals performance optimization.
- A plus: Understanding of omnichannel commerce (online, marketplaces, POS integration) and scalable cloud deployment best practices.
- Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Preferred: A portfolio with live links to previously developed sites.
- Preferred: A Magento Certification.
- Preferred: Expertise in other platforms such as WordPress.
- Ability to work proficiently in a LAMP development environment.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized work style.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily development using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, and the Zend Framework.
- Building Magento Community websites and other platform-based solutions.
- Converting PSDs into pixel-perfect custom PHP sites.
- Resolving cross-browser compatibility issues efficiently.
- Writing clean, structured, and well-documented code.
- Integrating data with systems like Sage, QuickBooks, WordPress, Salesforce, various APIs, and ERP/stock management systems.
- Working within a LAMP development environment and utilizing version control systems such as GIT/SVN.

Compensation Information: For positions in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and the seniority of the position offered. For locations outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside these specified ranges.
