Your Tasks
- Support First-Level Support with advanced technical inquiries regarding our Linux servers
- Analyze, resolve, and document disruptions and errors
- Install and configure Linux services
- Maintain and expand the Help Center
- Adapt and extend our server playbooks for the automated provisioning of virtual servers
- Monitor and alert on our internal infrastructure
