Liderança Técnica em Sustentação de Sistemas
We are seeking a leader to act in the support of multiple systems and serve as a strategic reference in technology. You will collaborate with executives and stakeholders on long-term technical vision, identify and mitigate strategic risks in high-impact projects (security, compliance, large-scale performance), and represent the organization in technical forums and market events.
Responsibilities include proposing and leading technological innovation initiatives, evaluating new tools and methodologies, leading the implementation of scalable and secure solutions, managing the technical team (mentoring, code review, defining standards), ensuring agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and promoting continuous team and project evolution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Solid experience in technical team leadership
- Solid experience in system support
- Solid experience in .NET development (Framework and/or Core) and C#
- Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET
- Solid experience in various architectures (Microservices, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing)
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB or Redis)
- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework and Dapper
- Solid knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with Testing
- Experience in the full software development lifecycle
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of application security
- Over 1 year of experience in another programming language (Java, PHP, Delphi, VBA, Flutter, Python)
