Description of Activities:
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, contributing technical information and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and the work team on requirement analysis, refinement, and detailing, ensuring correct understanding of functionalities to be developed.
- Design, develop, test, and document software solutions according to team-defined acceptance criteria, ensuring adherence to coding, security, and performance standards established by Apex-Brasil.
- Promote continuous value delivery by implementing functional, scalable, and sustainable solutions, aligned with Agile practices and principles of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, and DevOps, where applicable.
- Identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve code and development processes, focusing on quality, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with multidisciplinary team members, including requirements analysts, testers, UX/UI, and other developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical support to other team members, encouraging development best practices, use of design patterns, and component reuse.
- Monitor technological trends and suggest adopting new tools, languages, or frameworks that can enhance productivity, quality, or innovation in projects.
Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Extensive experience in critical and high-responsibility projects.
- Ability to be multifunctional, working effectively with members of diverse skill sets.
- Capable of self-organization, making internal decisions on how to perform work and solve problems without relying on external imposition.
Certifications:
One of the following certifications is required:
- Zend Certified PHP Engineer; or
- CIW JavaScript Specialist / Meta Front-End (via Coursera); or
- PCAP – Certified Associate in Python Programming (Python Institute); or
- TOTVS ADVPL Developer Certification; or
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate / C# Path; or
- CLA – C Certified Associate Programmer (C++ Institute); or
- Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE Programmer; or
- JetBrains Certified Kotlin Developer.
Education:
Graduation in a higher education course in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
Proof of academic requirements will necessitate presenting diplomas recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), fully meeting the legal and academic requirements established for undergraduate and postgraduate education.
