This position collaborates directly with the head architect to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with business analysts to design, develop, and test new features for our core product.
- Work with support analysts to identify and resolve software bugs.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate and integrate new technologies.
- Produce clean, reliable, and high-performance code with a focus on maintainability.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry or relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and relational database concepts.
- Expert proficiency in PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.
- Expert proficiency with SQL and robust database knowledge.
- Expert proficiency in Docker, containerization, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, FluxCD, and Karpenter.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with Object Relational Mappings (ORMs).
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
This position is remote.
The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $170,000.00 - $200,000.00. Specific compensation is determined by relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and market data. Certain positions may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
