We are seeking a strong Senior or Lead Software Engineer with experience in a high-quality product engineering environment. You will bring these standards to the team, remain hands-on, lead by example, and progressively modernize a PHP/SQL Server monolith towards a modern .Net, React, and PostgreSQL ecosystem.
AI-assisted engineering is a key aspect of this role. We are looking for someone who has advanced beyond basic Copilot/ChatGPT usage and can demonstrate thoughtful, structured application of Generative AI (GenAI) across real software delivery.

Ideally, you will possess broad full-stack engineering experience, strong systems thinking, and a proven track record of owning complex problems through to production. While PHP/.Net experience is valuable, mindset, engineering quality, and a willingness to work pragmatically with a legacy estate are equally important.
