WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Key responsibilities for this Lead Platform Engineer role include:
- Building and maintaining internal developer tools, platforms, and frameworks to boost developer productivity and consistency (DevEx).
- Shaping the strategic direction of the DevEx team.
- Collaborating closely with developers to identify pain points, propose solutions, and drive improvements.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to reduce lead times and enable early error detection.
- Staying updated on new technologies and proposing innovative ideas for our platforms.
- Mentoring and collaborating with IT colleagues to strengthen knowledge-sharing and team growth.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a colleague who meets the following requirements:
- Proven experience shaping the Developer Experience (DevEx).
- Excellent communication skills and effective cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Thrives in a collaborative, developer-centric environment, engaging in requirement gathering, feedback, and mentoring.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, PHP, or JavaScript.
- Solid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo Workflows), pipeline building, and automation.
- Ability to balance working with both legacy systems and new services, making pragmatic and well-reasoned decisions.
- Capable of breaking down and prioritizing large, complex features into smaller tasks.
- Takes a proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo.
Note: You must be available at our Head Office in Brabrand at least 3 days per week.
