As a Lead PHP developer, you will work in a close-knit team on our platform of SaaS Products. In this role, you will determine, together with the Product Owner and the team, the direction we take with the platform. You will guide your team in their daily tasks and will be involved in both the architecture and the development of the platform. Together with the Product Owner and Project Manager, you will translate customer requests into practical solutions. This can involve specific custom solutions, but also generic extensions of the platform that all our customers can use. It is your responsibility to find and implement the best technical solutions for a perfect end product. To achieve this, you must be able to collaborate well with the different disciplines within the team and be involved in the entire development process; from concept to implementation.

We create software for car dealerships. Car dealerships use our software to optimize and improve their entire commercial process. So, a kind of CRM software, but different. More beautiful, industry-specific, more functional, more accessible than you expect. By using new technologies, we are able to offer innovative solutions to our customers. We have been around for twenty-five years and our team currently consists of just over 60 employees. Our organization has multiple development teams. Within the team you will join, you will work with 7 colleagues. Collaboration is paramount; as a team, we work together to best help the customer with our software solutions. What do we expect?

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a senior developer.
• You are available for at least 28 hours per week.
• Knowledge of microservices and asynchronous service architecture.
• Accurate and flexible work attitude.
• Experience with guiding team members.
• Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
