Job Description
This is a remote position for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer. Join our dynamic team and take responsibility for leading our UI Development team, Frontend React.js team, and Backend PHP/Laravel team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform to ensure the highest standards of performance, scalability, and user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Technical Profile
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Extensive experience with backend technologies including PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
