We are seeking individuals passionate about building Europe's largest startup financing platform.
Your Role
You will assume technical ownership of our existing platform, driving its further development. Collaborating with our current development partner, you will transition the codebase, knowledge, and operations to our in-house team. You will work closely with our Head of Product & Technology and our Product Designer. Our technology stack includes Vue.js, Nuxt 3, PHP/Laravel, and AWS.
What You Will Do
- Own the architecture and backend, build new features, and manage the platform on AWS.
- Establish and enhance automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, and secure release processes.
- Utilize AI tools in development and rigorously review the resulting code for quality and security.
- Provide architectural and code review support to our Product Designer & Frontend Engineer.
What You Bring
- Several years of experience building production web applications, encompassing architecture, backend development, and operations.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
- Ability to systematically understand existing systems and clearly articulate technical decisions.
- Enjoy hands-on work, knowledge sharing, and taking responsibility for reliable software.
- Confident communication skills in both German and English, for interactions with customers and within the team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with PHP/Laravel.
- Experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.
- Experience taking over a codebase from an external agency or partner.

The minimum annual gross salary for this full-time position is €60,000. A higher salary may be offered based on your qualifications and experience.
