We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to guide our development team and ensure project success. This is a 100% remote position offering significant autonomy and impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Assume technical ownership for Shopware and Symfony projects, from architectural design to go-live.
- Develop clean, maintainable solutions using Shopware 6, Symfony, PHP, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Conduct code reviews, manage merges, and oversee deployments, ensuring quality and a robust CI/CD release process.
- Provide mentoring and foster the professional growth of junior developers.
- Plan, estimate, and coordinate projects, covering both technical and organizational aspects.
- Collaborate closely with project management and clients on technical concepts.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in web and e-commerce development, with a strong preference for Shopware 6 and Symfony.
- Excellent proficiency in PHP and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Skilled in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and standard deployment practices.
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring development teams.
- Demonstrated structured and independent work ethic, crucial for a 100% remote role.
- Fluent in German with strong communication skills.
- Bonus skills: Experience with Hyvä Commerce, Headless Architectures, AI/Automation (n8n), or Hosting/DevOps.
