Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and maintain WordPress websites from design through implementation, utilizing modern development methodologies.
- Implement responsive and optimized designs adhering to UX/UI best practices, web performance standards (Core Web Vitals), and digital accessibility (WCAG).
- Customize themes and plugins following code standards (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+), focusing on scalability.
- Collaborate on web project migration, optimization, and security, using version control tools (Git) and staging environments.
- Experiment with complementary technologies, including headless WordPress, API integration, and performance solutions (WP Rocket, CDN).
- Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and developers in an agile environment.

- Interest in technical SEO, web performance, and security.

Job Details: Full-time, Remote Employment. Contract duration: 6 months (Apprentice/Trial period). Salary range: $4,788.13 - $11,110.55 per month.
