We are looking for a Junior Web Services Support Engineer. This role involves Technical Support, SW Sapien, Technology, and Customer Service, with 100% remote work. We are a proud Mexican company with over 12 years of experience in digital fiscal solutions, developing technology that processes millions of data points with high availability. What We're Looking For:

Your mission will be to contribute to customer loyalty by providing proactive and self-service support during pre and post-integration stages.

• Experience providing web technical support or IT services support.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., .NET, Java, PHP).
• Experience in end-user support.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and web development.
• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.

Note: This vacancy is not for a development role.

What You'll Do:

• Support clients to ensure correct service consumption and product functionality.
• Identify and eliminate recurring issues that generate customer contact.
• Share knowledge and generate content to promote self-service (documentation, libraries, webinars, etc.).
• Follow up on client requirements until satisfactory resolution.
• Detect opportunities for improvement to enhance products and customer experience.
• Collaborate on initiatives that promote exceptional service and improve internal processes.
• Generate valuable information to support company decision-making.
