Contribute to customer loyalty by providing proactive and self-service support during pre- and post-integration stages.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience providing web technical support or IT services support.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in a high-level programming language (.NET, Java, PHP, etc.).
- Experience in end-user support/customer service.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and web development concepts.
- Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
Note: This position is focused on support, not software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients to ensure the correct consumption of services and product functionality.
- Identify and eliminate recurring issues that generate contact with the support area.
- Share knowledge and generate content (documentation, libraries, webinars, etc.) to promote self-service.
- Track client requirements until satisfactory closure.
- Detect opportunities for improvement to strengthen products and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate on initiatives that drive exceptional service and improve internal processes.
- Generate valuable information to support company decision-making.
