Junior Web Developer / AI-Augmented Developer Internship
Founded in 2017, Unyty is a digital agency specializing in artificial intelligence, creating web and video content for all screens. Artificial intelligence is central to our business, driving the design, development, and evolution of our digital products, new tools, and innovative solutions.
We are seeking a Junior Web Developer / AI-Augmented Developer intern to contribute to various web projects, including a popular cinema and series platform attracting hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors. This unique role involves both classic platform development and the design of new features, web interfaces, applications, and internal tools, leveraging the latest possibilities offered by artificial intelligence.
This position is primarily remote, with regular team interactions. Occasional work from our Lyon 5th arrondissement offices is also possible, with the option for 100% remote work.
Internship Missions
Under the guidance and training of our team, you will participate in the design, development, and evolution of our web projects, with artificial intelligence at the core of your approach. From initial concept to realization, you will utilize the latest AI technologies to imagine, code, and bring new functionalities to life. Responsibilities may include:
- Develop New Functionalities: Participate in programming and evolving our websites, applications, and web services.
- Design Interfaces: Create modern, ergonomic, and creative interfaces, focusing on front-end development.
- Create Internal Tools: Develop scripts, automations, and applications to streamline team workflows and optimize processes.
- Participate in Project Architecture: Contribute to code organization, technical choices, database design, and external service integration.
- Maintain and Improve Platforms: Identify and correct bugs, optimize performance, and ensure code quality, security, and reliability.
- Develop with AI: Utilize AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, generate components, and explore new technical solutions.
- Imagine New Features: Contribute to product evolution discussions and propose original ideas.
You will use various development tools and environments, including AI-assisted development solutions. We are looking for someone who can understand, write, and modify code, intelligently leverage new tools, and maintain a critical perspective on proposed solutions.
You will receive regular team support to enhance your technical skills and gain autonomy. Your responsibilities will evolve with your progress, skills, and project needs.
Sought Profile
You are pursuing training in web development, computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field.
You possess strong fundamental knowledge in web development, including HTML, CSS, PHP, or JavaScript, and core programming concepts. You can read, understand, write, and modify code, with prior web projects completed during your studies or personally. You are interested in new technologies and the possibilities of artificial intelligence in development.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Curious, autonomous, and motivated by learning new technologies.
- Comfortable with development environments and fundamental programming concepts.
- Able to understand the structure and functioning of a website or application.
- Creative, proactive, and interested in designing new products.
- Rigorous, with a focus on producing clean, maintainable, and functional code.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and remotely.
An affinity for cinema, series, video games, or geek culture is a significant plus.
A (Big) Plus If You Have:
- Mastery of one or more languages like JavaScript, PHP, or Python.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Developed personal projects (websites, applications, scripts, tools) that you can showcase.
- Worked with external APIs or developed integrations between services.
- Knowledge in back-end development, databases, or web application architecture.
- Used WordPress or participated in developing a production website.
- Experimented with automations, AI agents, or AI-assisted code generation.
It is not necessary to master all these technologies. We primarily seek a curious, motivated individual with a solid foundation in web development who loves to code, create, experiment, and learn.

- Contract Type: Conventioned Internship
- Location: Lyon 5th arrondissement and/or 100% Remote Work
- Duration: 1 to 6 months, depending on your training and availability
- Remuneration: According to internship duration and applicable provisions (€4.50 per hour)
- Hours: 25.0 to 35.0 per week
