Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve Salesforce systems
- Work on integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as SAP
- Develop new functionalities and optimize existing processes
- Detect and resolve errors impacting operations
- Automate processes using tools like Flows and Process Builder
- Provide support for user management, access, and licenses
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of essential experience working with Salesforce
- Experience in development, including Apex, integrations, and REST APIs
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud)
- Knowledge of SQL and MySQL
- Familiarity with Linux and web servers
- Experience with PHP and Angular
- Understanding of databases and servers
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Ability to read technical documentation in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP integrations
- Prior work in environments with multiple users or connected systems
