Daily Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvements in Salesforce.
- Work on integrations between Salesforce and other systems (like SAP).
- Develop new functionalities and optimize existing processes.
- Detect and resolve errors impacting operations.
- Automate processes (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Support user, access, and license management.
What We Look For
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce (essential).
- Experience in development (Apex, integrations, REST APIs).
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud).
Knowledge in:
- SQL and MySQL
- Linux and web servers
- PHP and Angular
- Databases and servers
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Technical English (ability to read documentation without issues).
Bonus Points
- Experience with SAP integrations.
- Worked in environments with multiple users or connected systems.
