What We Are Looking For

• Experience with multiple products within the Laravel ecosystem
• 2+ years of experience in PHP with Laravel
• Experience with frontend development (React.js, Vue.js, Livewire, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Ability to take extreme ownership of your work, ensuring performance meets agreed-upon expectations for estimates and process.
• Ability to align with Bluelight's clients' goals and commit to delivering on team commitments.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Forensic attention to detail.
