IT Project Manager (Remote Eligible)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. This role involves comprehensive project management, resource allocation, and direct client engagement, with a focus on delivering assertive solutions and adapting to evolving project requirements. This is a full-time, indefinite term remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Maintain continuous collaboration with clients.
- Plan and define project phases.
- Make critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage risks associated with project execution.
- Provide assertive solutions based on initial requirements gathering.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with involved internal areas.

- Propose roadmap modifications or changes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Systems Administration, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Programming, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or a related field (Required).
Experience
- Over 1 year of experience as an IT Project Manager, including end-to-end project management, resource management, and direct client interaction with various IT areas.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Project Administration & Planning: Confluence, Project, Monday, or similar tools.
- Diagramming & Modeling: Visio, Lucidchart, UML, E-R.
- Databases: SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL.
- Programming Languages: PHP, .NET, Java, HTML, JS, CSS.
- Version Control: GIT.
- Web Services & APIs: REST, SOAP.
- Standards & Methodologies: SLA, QA, ITIL, Intermediate to Advanced Agile Methodology.
