Position: Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and contribute to ongoing project development.

Successful candidates must possess strong soft skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize work, excellent relational skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude, in addition to programming expertise.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop independent backend and frontend microservices utilizing Docker technologies.
  • Build tested, documented code and libraries for future reuse.
  • Actively collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and quality managers to deliver mobile and web applications.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Technical Requirements (Junior candidates require at least 1 year of practical experience)

  • Proven experience with Java or Javascript.
  • Experience creating object-oriented applications.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

Desired Technical Competencies

  • Excellent code and script reading and interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems, service managers, and bash.
  • Knowledge of Node.js.
  • Knowledge of Typescript.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of PHP.
  • Knowledge of .NET / C#.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as MQTT and WebSocket (Socket.io) is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of event/message systems (e.g., NATS, RabbitMQ, Kafka) is appreciated.
  • Experience with microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm/Compose).
  • Experience using React/Angular front-end frameworks.

  • Experience designing and implementing Web APIs and REST services.
  • Experience working in agile teams utilizing DevOps techniques.

Educational Background & Soft Skills

  • A specific qualification is not required, but a three-year or master's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields, is appreciated.
  • Experience in the ICT sector: At least 1 year of practical experience for Junior profiles.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Strong ability to report and document completed work.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned work.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and engage actively.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Contract: Metalworking contract with salary (RAL) commensurate with experience.
