Position Overview: Full Stack Software Developer
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and contribute to ongoing project development. Beyond technical skills, successful candidates must demonstrate strong soft skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize work, excellent relational capacity, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop independent backend and frontend microservices utilizing Docker technologies.
- Build tested, documented code and reusable libraries for future applications.
- Collaborate actively with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver mobile and web applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum technical requirements (at least 1 year of practical experience for Junior candidates):
- Proven experience with Java or Javascript.
- Experience creating object-oriented applications.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Desired Technical Competencies:
- Excellent ability to read and interpret code and scripts.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems, service managers, and bash scripting.
- Knowledge of Node.js.
- Knowledge of Typescript.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of PHP.
- Knowledge of .NET / C#.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like MQTT and WebSocket (Socket.io) is appreciated.
- Knowledge of event/message systems such as NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka is appreciated.
- Experience with microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm/Compose).
- Experience utilizing React/Angular front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with Material Design approach and Bootstrap.
- Experience designing and implementing Web APIs and REST services.
- Experience working in agile teams using DevOps techniques.
Education and Professional Experience:
- While a specific degree is not required, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields, is appreciated.
- Experience in the ICT sector: At least 1 year of practical experience for Junior profiles.
- Good proficiency in Italian and English.
- Strong ability to report and document completed work.
- Capacity to organize and prioritize assigned tasks, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to engage and acquire new skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Metalworking contract with salary commensurate with experience (RAL).
