Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Junior Frontend Developer with solid knowledge in WordPress and React, passionate about user experience (UI/UX). You will be responsible for transforming attractive and functional designs into high-impact digital experiences, collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams. We are looking for someone eager to learn, unafraid of technical challenges, and willing to propose continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring clean, optimized, and scalable code.
- Implement interactive and dynamic components using React to enhance the user experience on the frontend.
- Collaborate in defining user interfaces (UI) and optimizing navigation experience (UX), applying usability and accessibility principles.
- Translate designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into functional and responsive code, ensuring visual and technical fidelity.
- Perform performance tests, debug errors, and optimize loading speed in WordPress environments.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in frontend development, WordPress, and React.
Technical Requirements
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP for WordPress.
- Practical experience with React (hooks, functional components, state management).
- Familiarity with WordPress architecture: child theme creation, use of hooks (actions/filters), custom post types, and custom fields (ACF).
- Proficiency with version control tools (Git).
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- UI/UX notions: ability to evaluate and propose interface improvements from a user perspective.
- Technical English for documentation reading (desirable).
