What will your mission be, if you choose to accept it?
You will be the bridge between aesthetics and functionality. Your mission: convert attractive designs into digital experiences that fly (fast, beautiful, and well-made). You will work side-by-side with our design and marketing teams, but you will have the autonomy to propose, make mistakes, learn, and improve. We want you to take the reins.
In your day-to-day, we will challenge you to:
- Master the dynamic duo: You will create and customize WordPress themes with clean and scalable code, while bringing interactive components to life with React that make the user say "wow!"
- Provide a pixel feast: You will translate designs from Figma (or the tool you use) into responsive code, obsessing over everything fitting perfectly.
- Speak the user's language: You will collaborate on defining interfaces (UI) and navigation experiences (UX) that are intuitive, accessible, and, above all, human.
- Work magic with optimization: Debugging errors and improving loading speed will be your superpower. Because a slow site is the number one enemy of experience.
- Always stay one step ahead: You will keep up with trends, not just because we ask, but because you are passionate about it.
What you need to bring (Technologies and attitude)
Technically, you will feel at home if you handle:
- The sacred basics: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP oriented to WordPress.
- React with ease: Hooks, functional components, and state management are no mystery to you.
- WordPress inside and out: You know about child themes, hooks (actions/filters), Custom Post Types, and you are friends with ACF.
- Version control: Git is your safety net and you know how to use it.
- Good eye: You have notions of UI/UX and are able to say "this can be improved" with solid arguments.
- Technical English: To read documentation and not depend on automatic translations (desirable).
And above all, we are looking for someone with:
- Overflowing initiative: Who doesn't need to be told every step, but arrives with solutions and says: "What if we do it like this instead...?"
- Steel resilience: Challenging projects have curves, and we know that the best curves are taken with a smile and by learning from them.
- Team soul: Because the best products are born from "us," not "me." Clear communication is your second language.
