What you'll enjoy doing
- Developing, adapting, and extending applications within the Zoho Business Suite (Zoho One), both with and without code.
- Implementing and integrating external tools, data sources, and REST APIs.
- Creating proprietary AI-supported software solutions, widgets, and custom functional enhancements.
- Supporting our dedicated Developer Team.
- Utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Agents) for business application development.
- Engaging in programming and agent coding.
- Performing independent troubleshooting and optimization of existing software solutions.
What we're looking for
- Fundamental knowledge of business software (e.g., CRM, ERP, DMS, accounting).
- Experience in programming and web technologies:
- JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP
- HTML5 & CSS3
- JSON structures
- REST APIs, including testing & debugging
- Interest in Zoho Deluge Script (similar to JavaScript); prior knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of OAuth2 / API authentication methods.
- Experience with (SQL) databases is advantageous.
- Initial experience with agent coding, AI tools & prompting.
- Proficiency in working with vscode, Git & Github.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Team spirit and the ability to work independently.
- Good German language skills (written and spoken, minimum B2 GER level) and solid English skills.
