We are looking for a Tech Leader to work with one of our clients – the largest life insurer on the planet!
You will be part of the Experimentation Squad, responsible for developing innovative and sustainable solutions, ensuring a solid technical foundation to support tests and new digital products. This is a strategic position with high technical impact, focusing on innovation, artificial intelligence, and engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and evolve the technical architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence.
- Act as the squad's technical reference, supporting the team in decision-making and the use of best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with the development team in the implementation and experimentation of new technologies, including artificial intelligence tools.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions that optimize performance and add business value.
- Ensure code quality, good review practices (code review), versioning, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
- Facilitate communication between product and technology areas, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Foster a culture of constant learning, sharing knowledge, and promoting technical training.
- Support the definition of metrics and performance indicators, ensuring visibility and evolution of deliverables.
Requirements for this Challenge
- Solid experience as a Tech Leader, Software Architect, or Senior Engineer in product squads.
- Deep proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java (Spring Boot).
- Experience with TypeScript and React (Next.js).
- Experience in experimentation, innovation, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, observability, automated testing, and Git versioning.
- Experience in technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams, focusing on mentoring, quality, and value delivery.
- Good communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Differentiators
- Experience with PHP or Python.
- Experience implementing solutions with AI (Machine Learning, LLMs, etc.).
- Certifications in software architecture or cloud.
- Participation in technical communities, technology events, or open-source projects.
