Job Scope:
- Daily commute from Johor Bahru to Singapore (Must own motorbike)
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
- Saturday: Work from home (remote), 9am–1pm
- Sunday and Public Holidays off (Malaysia calendar)
- Provide support for company IT products and services (training provided)
- Handle both on-site and remote support
- Utilize spare time to work on coding tasks with AI assistance
- Perform general IT-related tasks such as video editing, preparing manuals, updating websites, and other related duties when required
- Training will be provided for different tasks, but we are looking for someone who is proactive, self-learning, and able to use AI tools like ChatGPT independently to solve problems
Requirements:
- Can start work this month immediately
- Must own and ride a motorbike
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- IT Diploma or higher qualification
- Coding knowledge (mobile apps, web PHP, etc.) is a big advantage
- Good general IT knowledge (Windows, networking, websites)
- Familiar with AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, Cursor AI, and ChatGPT
Remuneration:
- 3-month probation: S$1,800 per month
- After probation: S$2,000 per month
- Reasonable weekly motorbike fuel claims allowed
- Reasonable monthly telco bill claims allowed
- 13th month bonus starting from the second year
