Job Scope:

• Daily commute from Johor Bahru to Singapore.
• Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
• Saturday: Work from home (remote), 9am–1pm.
• Sunday and Public Holidays off (Malaysia calendar).
• Provide support for company IT products and services (training provided).
• Handle both on-site and remote support.
• Utilize spare time to work on coding tasks with AI assistance.
• Perform general IT-related tasks such as video editing, preparing manuals, updating websites, and other related duties when required.
• Training will be provided for different tasks, but we are looking for someone who is proactive, self-learning, and able to use AI tools like ChatGPT independently to solve problems.

Requirements:

• Can start work this month immediately.
• Must own and ride a motorbike.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• IT Diploma or higher qualification.
• Coding knowledge (mobile apps, web PHP, etc.) is a big advantage.
• Good general IT knowledge (Windows, networking, websites).
• Familiar with AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, Cursor AI, and ChatGPT.

Remuneration:

• 3-month probation: S$1,800 per month.
• After probation: S$2,000 per month.
• Reasonable weekly motorbike fuel claims allowed.
• Reasonable monthly telco bill claims allowed.
• 13th month bonus starting from the second year.

Qualities We Seek:

• Creative and persistent in problem-solving.
• Conduct own research and explore AI tools before escalating issues.
• Strong self-learning attitude.
• Able to work independently most of the time.
