Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support for company products and services, including both on-site and remote assistance.
- Engage in coding tasks, such as mobile app or web PHP development, utilizing AI assistance during spare time.
- Perform diverse general IT-related duties, including video editing, manual preparation, and website updates.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (9am–6pm) in Singapore, and Saturday (9am–1pm) remotely from home.
- Enjoy Sundays and Public Holidays off (Malaysia calendar).
- Proactively solve IT challenges and problems independently using AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Receive training for various tasks while demonstrating a strong self-learning aptitude.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to start work immediately this month.
- Must own and ride a motorbike for daily commute between Johor Bahru and Singapore.
- IT Diploma or a higher qualification is required.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Possess good general IT knowledge, including Windows, networking, and website management.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, Cursor AI, and ChatGPT.
- Coding knowledge (e.g., mobile apps, web PHP) is a significant advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits
