Job Description
We are looking for an engaged and reliable person on a mini-job basis (m/f/d), flexible and location-independent (within Germany), in the field of IT, software development, and platform support – 100% home office. In this role, you will support us in the maintenance and further development of our digital platform as well as with general IT and development tasks. Experience in software development, platform administration, and IT security is a prerequisite. You will work flexibly from home and help ensure stable, secure, and efficient technical processes. In addition to the technical support of existing systems, you will assist us in implementing new functions, automations, and optimizations.
Tasks:
- Support in the development and maintenance of software solutions
- Support, monitoring, and maintenance of existing platforms and systems
- Support in the area of IT security and data protection
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems as well as error diagnosis
- Documentation of technical processes and changes
- Collaboration on automations and optimizations of internal processes
- Support with administrative IT tasks
- Communication and coordination with the team on technical issues
Qualifications:
- Training or studies in the field of computer science, informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Java)
- Experience in software development, platform support, and system administration
- Basic knowledge in the area of IT security, server management, or networks is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working in a home office
- Good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
- Own equipment (PC/laptop) and a stable internet connection required
- Interest in modern technologies, digital platforms, and technical processes
