IT Solutions Architect
Workplace: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Designing the architecture of new and existing systems (monoliths, microservices, API-first).
- Leading modernization processes: refactoring, modularization, migrations.
- Performing technical analysis and creating architectural documentation (C4, diagrams, integrations).
- Participating in IT projects as a technological expert and business partner.
- Recommending and selecting technologies, considering TTM, security, and scalability.
- Supporting development teams and providing technical mentoring.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Experience with PHP (5.x–8.x) and older frameworks (e.g., Zend, Symfony 2/3, CodeIgniter).
- Practical experience with monoliths and their modernization.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience in API design (REST, SOAP; GraphQL is a plus).
- Knowledge of architectural patterns: DDD, CQRS, hexagonal, event-driven.
- Ability to translate technical decisions into business language.
- Proactivity in proposing improvements and architectural development directions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Independence in making technical decisions.
Nice to Have Knowledge:
- Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS (App Services, Functions, queues).
- Docker, containerization, and basic Kubernetes.
- CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
- Monitoring and observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Application Insights).
