Education
- Degree in IT (preferred) or 12th Grade in Technical-Professional IT and Similar Areas (Minimum)
- 3 years of experience in the IT field (preferred)
- Valued knowledge in programming languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, jQqueryUl, PHP, MySQL, XML
- Knowledge of administrative management software: PHC
- Proficiency in office computer applications: word processing, spreadsheets, graphic presentations
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server systems, Networking, Active Directory
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local networks, peripherals, operating systems, and utilities
- Coordinate software, hardware, and telecommunications systems operations
- Ensure maintenance and improvements of PHC software
- Maintain and enhance company brand websites
- Provide internal helpdesk support and server management (including backups)
- Oversee maintenance of existing IT infrastructure
- Manage procurement of IT equipment and licenses
- Conduct internal training for employees on IT tools
