Higher Solutions LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer Cofounder specializing in automation services. This is a unique opportunity to grow long-term income both as a developer and investor in our next-generation efficiency management platform.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and lead generation, to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. This role involves managing backlogs within a growing startup environment and offers the chance to transition into a management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-End Development: Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular). Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
- Back-End Development: Develop RESTful APIs and services using technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or .NET. Integrate SQL and NoSQL databases, managing data modeling and schema design. Implement server-side logic, authentication, authorization, and business logic.
- Security & Architecture: Ability to perform security testing, AI security, and create wireframes for future solutions is highly beneficial as we develop our product suite.
- Database Management: Design, maintain, and query relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases. Optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity and security.
- DevOps & Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipeline development using tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes. Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaboration & Agile Development: Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with QA, Product Managers, and Designers. Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain code quality.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects from design through implementation, assisting with work authorizations, release scheduling, and component reviews. Utilize vibe coding tools, templates, and Figma.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Back-end development experience with one or more languages: Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, etc.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger).
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Postman, Selenium).
- Understanding of application security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- RPA, automation, and AI development highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with mobile development (React Native, Flutter).
- Background in SaaS, marketing, fintech, e-commerce platforms, and cyber security requires.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Compensation and Application Details
Job Types: Part-time, Contract. Work Location: Remote.
This is an Equity-Based Role, Full Time, intended to transition to a paid Full-Time Position upon securing financial investment partners. Estimated salary up to $110,000.00 per year is based on conversion to a team management role.
Reminder: We are currently looking for a new cofounder willing to invest between $5,000 and $50,000 for development and fundraising from Equity groups.
