We are looking for a versatile professional, a Web Developer or Webmaster, capable of creating end-to-end digital experiences for our clients. While some experience is expected, we are committed to fostering your professional growth.
Essential Skills
- Website & CMS Development: Design and develop websites, portals, and landing pages using Wordpress (or other CMS platforms like Sitecore and Drupal), ideally with expertise in Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, or similar tools.
- UX/UI Design: Demonstrate creativity and the ability to craft elegant, usable designs using graphic design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop. Experience with simple video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- SEO & Analytics Optimization: Conduct SEO analysis and optimization, utilizing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand target audiences, ensure content discoverability, and analyze usage patterns for content and engagement improvement. Proficiency in Excel is highly valued.
- HTML Newsletter Design & Development: Design and develop responsive HTML newsletters that perform across various email clients.
- Web Technologies: Experience with HTML and CSS. Some experience with Javascript, SQL, and PHP/nodeJS is highly beneficial, and your journey will include evolving these skills.
Additional Assets
- Digital Marketing Automation: Ability to operate and automate digital marketing systems (e.g., email/Mailchimp, Tag Manager).
- Shared Hosting Management: Experience managing shared hosting environments (e.g., Siteground, CPanel, Wordpress, DNS, Email) to ensure 24/7 secure and performant operation.
- English Proficiency: A good command of English for business and technical conversations, learning from English content, and communicating with international customers and partners.
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to evolve skills across various domains, stay current with new trends, tools, and technologies, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to team growth.
