Expectations
- Willingness to undertake international business travel (to countries where we have local teams: Europe, the Americas, and Asia) – average duration of trips: 2–3 months
- Availability to travel to locations where the team operates
- Experience and knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of Base (experience conducting several Base implementations for clients)
- Strongly developed communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to effectively organize your own work
- Well-developed analytical skills
- At least basic knowledge of ERP-class systems
- English language proficiency at a communicative level (minimum B2)
- Experience in implementing B2B SaaS products is welcome
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP is welcome
Scope of Duties
- Conducting implementations of the Base system for clients across various time zones and cultures – from the kick-off meeting, through the analysis of individual needs, to the full launch of the solution
- Supporting the design of optimal order processing workflows
- Integration and advanced configuration of the system with an online store or wholesaler, marketplace accounts, and courier systems
