Requirements
- Willingness to undertake international business trips (to countries with local teams in Europe, the Americas, and Asia), with an average duration of 2–3 months per trip.
- Availability for travel to team operating locations.
- Proven experience and comprehensive knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Basic familiarity with the Base system, including experience in conducting several client implementations.
- Highly developed communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong self-organization and effective work management abilities.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- At least basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Communicative English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end Base system implementations for clients across diverse time zones and cultures, from initial kick-off meetings and individual needs analysis to full solution launch.
